Healthy Lifestyle and Fitness Programme Contract

HL Boys


1.) We agree to try our best to make healthy food choice from our suggestions or food we have at home that are good for me.

2.) We agree to try our best and limit our walking when we are training for the cross country.
    • Matthew agrees to be organised with his inhalers.
    • Jaxon, Hemi and Joshua will have a good attitude towards running and do their best.
    • Max, Joshua, James and Ezra will remember to bring their shoes.

3.) We agree to participate and cooperate in our group fitness programme always trying our best.

4.) We agree to be in bed between 7.30pm-8.30pm, lights out not later than 9.30pm.

5.) We agree to try listening carefully to the instructions in class and do our work on time.
